If you are already have an underlying injury, then the risk to your knee and other joints increases somewhat. If you pick up an injury ensure that you have time off to recuperate and does not return too soon as this will make the injury worse.
Football is great, but the risk of injury is very real. Look at various things prior to playing the game, but during the match do not tackle too hard as this will lead to you getting injured somewhat.
