Creek Indian Casino Operators Hold Their Turf Against Industry Giants Who Outspend Them
Alabama is home to several exciting gaming establishments. Not only does the state play host to Greyhound Racing, Alabama is also the home of several casinos – though not all of them are exactly what you might call traditional casinos.
The reason that not all of the casinos are considered traditional casinos is because some of them base the majority of their business on bingo. The traditional casino bases their business on slots and table games. The good news is that there are a few casinos in Alabama that do offer both. So, whenever you feel the need to gamble, you can do it in practically any way that you want. Bet on the dog races, play bingo, try your hand at blackjack, roulette, poker or craps, or attempt to beat the one armed bandit.
The Creek Indian Tribe, which is the only Indian tribe recognized by the federal government within the state of Alabama, owns three of these Alabama casinos. The Tallapoosa, Riverside, and Wind Creek Casinos are all owned and operated by PCI. In fact, Wind Creek Casino is the newest edition to Alabama casinos and, of course, to the Creek Indian casinos. The casino just opened in January of 2009 and is the largest casino in the Creek family of casinos. It’s shiny, it’s new and it’s packed with excitement around every corner. However, this hip casino offers much more than just entertainment.
This modern mecca of entertainment also offers a luxurious hotel with stylish, yet comfortable furnishings that will allow you to kick back and relax after a long night of fun on the casino floor. However, the lavish guest rooms are not the only way that the Wind Creek guests are spoiled during their visit. While relaxing in luxury, whatever your stomach desires is just a phone call away at any time. That’s right – 24 hour room service! What better way to end the night than with a tasty midnight snack?
So welcome to Alabama the Wind Creek Casino and Hotel. If you happen to be traveling near Atmore, AL, stop on by and enjoy the finer side of southern hospitality. For more information, please refer to Creek Nation Casino, Creek Nation Tulsa or Coushatta Casino Resort.

Egypt Tourist attractions positive impact on the property investment market
No country in the world can boast as the wealth of attractions that Egypt offers.
Some of the most popular attractions include:
Ancient monuments and treasures ,rich culture, low prices, sunny climate, warm people, excellent resort locations and a wide range of tourist activities. This is why a large and growing number of people visit Egypt for holidays year on year which mean good quality Egypt property resorts have high occupancy and offer great returns for property investors.
The country offers a perfect and unique blend of ancient history and modern way of living as evident in most of the resorts and townships dotting around the country.
Egyptian culture and history are some seven thousand year olds and the country is rich in ancient treasures and antiquities which continue to lure visitors in great numbers.
It is a fact that Egypt has 1/3 of the worlds ancient monuments & treasures
the Karnak temple in Luxor and the famous Abu Simbel temple in Aswan and of course the world the “Pyramids of Giza”, the adjoining Sphinx, the Valley of the Kings.
And of course if it is sun, sea, and sand people are looking for then Egypt is simply superb. The resorts along Egypt Red Sea are currently the most popular place for Egypt investment properties and especially with people interested in beach holidays and water sports.
Egypt Red Sea resorts like Sahl Hasheesh & Hurghada are now very popular tourist attractions with beautiful sandy beaches and a magical underwater world of fish and coral that comes in a variety of colours and shapes. Hurghada is the most popular up and coming resort and as such Hurghada property is also very attractive.
The Sinai desert, land of the hardy nomads whose camel trains still wander the Saharan sands, offers opportunities for exciting safaris and the exploration of old monasteries amid the arid mountains and sprawling desert.
A few of the tourist attractions are of course Alexandria, famous for its library which has just a while ago constructed on the same site as the original Alexandria Library, the largest library of the ancient world.
We must also mention the Nile cruises between Luxor and Aswan or all the way up to Cairo. These cruses provide amazing and unique leisure journeys as taking one of these exotic and luxurious cruises is perhaps the best way to see the historic sites at the same time enjoying world-class luxury dining, comfort and leisure activities.
Why holiday in Devon
Nearly everyone is fed up because of the recession but to get away at a cheap price is not easy but if you were to go to devon you would certainly not be going past your budget as it is both cheap to visit and brilliant as well. So go on take one of those family holidays and treat you and your family.
The one everyone has heard of, the Eden Project
Easily the most famous attraction in the Devon/ Cornwall area this is fantastic for the entire family and not only for the people who love the earth. The two gigantic biomes demonstrating the Rainforest and Mediterranean are brilliant and it is really good for learning about two massive areas of the planet. If you are a fan of music which lets be honest there are not many people who dont like listening to music then you are in luck as bands such as the Kooks play there every summer.
The Living coasts
This is my personal favourite as I love coastal animals so this one really does appeal to me. Basically you go through a tour of the worlds coastal creatures with ever changing environments. See animals such as penguins, seals and puffins. This is brilliant for animal lovers and people who are interested in learning all about the coast.
Beaches-
As well as all of this you have the five famous beaches. These brilliant beaches are as followed, Torre Abbey Sands, Oddicombe, Meadfoot, Paignton and Goodrington. Two of these beaches have the yellow flag award and all of them are brilliant for sunbathing or messing about in the sea if you’ve got kids.
So there you have it some brilliant reasons why you should pack your bags up and head to Devon when you next have a few days off. Not only is it great for couples but also great for the entire family to enjoy. If you are still not convinced why not try one of the dancing holidays or even one of the bowling holidays if that’s what you are in to. Whatever it is you choose to do it is certain you enjoy yourself.
How a dancing took away those boring weekends for my parents
When the last series of strictly come dancing had finished my parents decided to take up dance lessons as a means to spend time with eachother at the weekends as well as some excercise. Well they did and after a few months they had booked one of those dancing holidays in Torquay. I personally would never go on such a holiday whether my age was 18 or 85 dancing has and never will appeal to me.
On the other hand my parents thought they would give the holiday a chance and to my surprise they actually enjoyed it and in all honesty it sounded like a great four night break. Just the thing they needed. Well apparently they would certainly go back as everyone there was friendly and joined in with chats and drinks.
There is no where else that I can possibly think of where everyone in the room is friendly and approachable, if you were to walk into a pub or club and try to speak to anyone in there it would be impossible. It’s amazing there are still places where everyone is still all friendly.
Apparently they arrived to a nice reception in which drinks were served under a friendly atmosphere then they had two mornings of coffee and dancing and four nights of dancing with the last night being a proper black and white ball.
Dancing is still something that the majority of people do not think about until they are at least in thier 40s but at least the enviroment is safe and approachable unlike a lot of other activities.
All in all a great idea if you wish to spend more time with your partner and do not know what to do with your time. It is something they would do again next year and what with the prices being so low they may even go again this year. It is certainly not one of those family holidays to take the kids on but it is defiantly worth it for anyone that loves dancing as you get to do what you love as well as meet people who share the passion that is dancing.
